Catherine Randle, LMSW

Catherine Randle, LMSW, is a dedicated Mental Health Therapist serving K-12 students in a rural Alabama school district. With over 11 years of experience in the social work field including roles in child welfare, medical social work, homelessness services, and mental health, she brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her practice.
Catherine specializes in trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and supporting students with Autism and LGBTQ+ identities. She is passionate about breaking the stigma surrounding mental health, particularly in low-income communities, and strives to create safe, supportive environments where students can thrive emotionally and academically.
Holding both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work, along with her Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) credential, Catherine is committed to empowering students, advocating for their well-being, and fostering a culture of mental health
